We are looking for friendly and outgoing work campers.
Duties
Women: Computer savvy, Customer service, office work, taking phone reservations and check in’s. Spring flower plantings, cleaning clubhouse, cabins and check in station. Occasionally Delivering of wood to camp sites. picking up trash delivering packages. No bathrooms except one in the check in station. Two cabins cleaned after use and checking the tent shower.
Men: Physically fit for General maintenance, Painting, weed whacking, wood cutting, wood splitting with owners, Lawn Mowing 30 acres worth will be ones man job for summer. 🙂 Some push mowing is required around rv’s on a weekly basis. Daily trash pick up, then getting sites ready for incoming campers, cleaning out fire pits, weed whacking around patio and Electrical pedestal and blowing off patios after lawn mow man has gone through. Also twice a year Pruning bushes. “Work campers with Construction trades” certified or retired, plumbing, electrical, woodworking running equipment etc will get put to top of list.
Requirements for work campers
Arriving by May 18th that gives us a few days before Memorial day weekend to prep for the season. And staying at least until Oct 1st. Date variation are considered.
Minimum work camper dates “June 1st till Sept 4 “ If agreed with owner.
A working couple needs work 3 days a week to cover your site while your here.
9am-6pm Occasionally Thursdays and Fridays We ask that you staying until everyone is called and or checked in.
Our “Seasonal site rental is ” $6,300 which includes water, sewer, and electric for a Back in off the lake. If you have a Class A and you want a Lake side site you need to pay the extra 600.00 cost for the rv Site upgrade. 20-30-50 Amp
