Water, Sewer, Electric, 20/30/50 Amp service.
We do not have bathrooms!
Your rv must be self contained to stay with us!
Therefore, your rv must have a it’s own bathroom and shower!
Sites 1-16 are back In’s. With cement patios
Site 17 premium. Pull through 85ft. With cement patio.
Sites 18-24. Are back In’s, With cement patios.
Sites 48-58. Are Grass sites, No gravel, or patios “No mats allowed” “Full service”
Sites 59-64. Are Lake Back In “premiums”. With cement patios for Travel trailers and 5th wheels only.
Sites 65-79. Are back in’s and have cement patios.
Sites 80-99. Are premium Lake Pull in’s. For class A, B, C, and conversion only. Your view is out the front of your rv of our Pond. Cement patio, fire pit, picnic table
Sites 100-114. Are back in’s with cement patios.

Take M22 north out of Traverse City to Suttons Bay.
Go through Suttons Bay and at the blinking light take a left on M204 west towards Lake Leelanau.
Approx. 2 miles from Suttons Bay when you hit a long left curve slow way down horn road will be right when road straighten out. Then take a right. Go a half mile then our Entrance will be on your right. Just past 45 North Winery.
