Duties
Office detail:
You need to be Computer savvy, customer service, office work, taking phone reservations and check in’s. Spring flower plantings, cleaning clubhouse, cabins and check in station. Occasionally Delivering of wood to rv sites. Picking up trash, delivering packages. No bathrooms except one in the check in station. Two cabins, clean after use and check the tent shower to meake sure that it’s working properly.
Outdoor details:
Workers need to be Physically fit for General maintenance, Painting, weed whacking, wood splitting. Bundling wood. Lawn Mowing experiance would be bonus. We have 20 acres worth. Once we train a couple work camper on the mower, it will be their job for the summer.
There is some push mowing is required around rv’s on a weekly basis alongside the sewer area on seasonal sites.
11am Daily trash pick up. Then getting sites ready for incoming campers, cleaning out fire pits, weed whacking around the patio and Electrical pedestal and blowing off patios after the lawn mow man has gone through.
We have bush Pruning in spring and fall.
“Work campers with Construction trades” certified or retired, plumbing, electrical, woodworking, running equipment etc will get put to the top of the list
Requirements for work campers
Arriving by May 18th gives us a few days before Memorial day weekend to prepare for the season. And staying at least until Sept 15th. Date variations are considered if agreed with owner.
A working couple needs to work 2 days a week each to cover your site while you’re here, the agreement includes electricity.
9 am-5:30pm. Occasionally Thursdays and Fridays We ask that you stay until 6pm or everyone is called and or checked in. May and October 10 am – 4pm
If we need help we will hire you for those extra days and pay $16/Hr
If you have a Class A,B,C and you want a Lake side site you need to pay the extra 600.00 cost for the rv Site upgrade.
