A $500 non refundable deposit is required to hold your site for the following year paid by Sept 15 for current seasonals.
Rates: Grass $6000.00 Patio $6,300.00 Lake Pull in class A,B,C, only $6900.00
Payments: Your first 1/3 is due Jan 15th. The second 1/3 payment is due when you arrive. The final 1/3 payment minus your $500.00 deposit is due July 15th.
Water, sewer, metered Electric 20/30/50, and a free local newspaper available in the office qty limited on Thurs. We do have FREE WiFi, but it is limited and every site might not get signal. We offer Starlink in our club house.
Seasonal Cancellations for 6 months
There are no refunds on seasonal sites after Jan 15 period. Please keep us informed…. This a commitment we have made together at a price we agreed on. The commitment must be paid in full on day of cancellation. If you cancel during the year you are still responsible for your balance due. No refund on early departure.
Please come in before you leave for the year and sign your agreement for the next coming year! If payment is not received by Sept 15th. We have the right to rent your seasonal to the next person on the waiting list.
Prices may change and usually change before the new year with out notice for the coming year for seasonal, daily, and monthly.
PS: For new Customers wanting a seasonal spot please call the office, we will put you on the waiting list. Or talk to Brian. He is Good at sneaking you in, but at a different non-seasonal rate, if space is available. The next few years we will be adding an additional 26 sites.
